360 Controller & NCAA

I don't like the 360 controller setup for football games!!! I am a former PS2 guy, but got the 360 at launch. Perhaps if I had transitioned from the XBox, it would have been easier? I think the controller is setup excellent for basketball games (especially the 2K ones)...it's just football that I struggle with? I guess it is just an adjustment since my mind is essentially conditioned to think differently went it comes to button mashing. Even playing the demo I find it hard for me to play at game speed. I guess it'll get better with time, it just has me frustrated. Anyone else in the same boat? Then again, there are so many buttons and triggers now, it is almost hard to process everything fast enough anyway...

I'm in the same boat. But playing the demo nonstop has made me more comfortable with it. Also, someone stated that you can map the buttons on the controller to your liking.

But Ah Ha! On the 360, you can set YOUR OWN configuration. No more having to live with EA pre-sets.!!!! I have the game BTW....

You're just not used to it. Simple as that. A few weeks from now you'll think that the controls are great.
