What is the point to naming coaches...? (360)

The only time it comes into play is when you change jobs. The former coach of your new team will take your old job. So if you named your coaches and you quit your job at Oregon to coach USC, Pete Carroll will now be the HC of Oregon.

Not true, I am doing a lot of simming, and When I left USC a New coach was created, named Coach USC Coach, so it is 100% pointless. and 30 years deep nobody has changed teams Joe Pa will turn 150 in the game.

they have coaching changes and coaches retireing in madden why cant they add it to this game. And have a offseason setting to add HC OC DC and ST coach.
