I did years ago when I once resembled an athlete. It hurts like a "censored". It truly feels as if someone took a knife and opened up your chest - with the only difference being there is no outer scar tissue!

wow. i was wondering because a majority of my injuries so far in this game have been "strained pectoral muscle." i'd imagine it happens while in an outstretched position?

It can, being extended and then a hit causing a further stretch than the body can handle normally.
