The TV you are using is not going to cause slowdown. The TV is only displaying what is received from the 360. The problem lies with what the 360 is outputting. It could be a drive problem or some problem with the game itself, but the TV itself is not a problem.

That's not really true. Big screen TV's can have frame rate issues scaling to their native resolution depending upon their response time. It most certainly can be the tv. With that being said, unless his tv is very old then it probably is not his tv and like you said, the drive on his 360 or his actual game.

He has a regular SDTV no? 360 is scaling it to 480i before it sends the signal...it cannot be his TV.

this game has slowdowns at night games.. i saw it everywhere... some people are less sensible to this than others but this is the game.

Hope madden 07 get better on this aspect.
