Formation specific subs

Is there anyway to make substitutions based on formations (360 version)? In the past this is something that I have used a lot. I find it helps keep my guys fresh, etc. For example, in my dynasty I have 7 wr's, 5 lb, 3 te, etc. that could see the field and I find that an efficient way to mix it up is by making formation specific subs. I couldn't see a way to do this on the 360 version, am I missing something?

The only semblance of this is pulling the L trigger while in that particular formation to run through the various packages..sadly formation subs/depth charts arent implemented like they used to be
