Double Coverage in NCAA 2007 (XBox)

In Madden 2006, there was a way to get a defensive back in zone coverage to provide double coverage on a receiver.

Is there a way to do this in NCAA 2007 for the XBox? The hot routes only give: Spy, Blitz, and Zone coverage.

You can shade the zone left or right by hitting the defensive backfield hot route (triangle on PS2) and then using the R-stick and pushing it left or right. You can't double team out of a zone though and I don't think there is a hot route for doubling a WR but not sure. I think you have to call a double team, man-to-man defense at the play call screen.
