Couple things 360

Haven't posted much, but I've really been enjoying this game. Way more than Madden. But I have one gripe and one question:

It bothers me that teams can rise or sink so quickly and the CPU can't ever seem to normalize the program. For example, a team like Houston, because of their talent this year may soon become a perenial A+ prestige, or a team like Washington or Illinois may drop quickly to an F, and never ever be able to recover.

Also, as a question. If you always import your draft classes to Madden, is the conversion realistic? I mean is it like everyone's a mid 70's coming in, and within 5 years, you have a whole slew of high 80's rated veterans like Donnie Edwards or Eli Manning unsigned Free Agents, and every player on the rosters are imported players?

Thanks in advance.
