Since those of us on the last generation consoles don't have separate ratings for man and zone coverage, what should I look at to determine if my corners can successfully cover man-to-man?

I think awareness is probably the most important attribute for corners. It doesn't matter how fast and quick a player is if he can't diagnose the play properly.
