I was wondering the same thing.

My fix is...

Created a guy for USF then I wanted to create someone else, but now the roster was full. So...I just edited the guy in the rosters to be the one I really wanted to have created in the first place.

It's not there.

Once you create someone for a team he's there for life (on that particular roster set). And with the exclusion of CLASS EDIT your basically screwed if you create someone wrong.

At least on PS2 you could look at the list of CAPs & delete them if necessary, but this here is NG we're talking about, so it's all about removing functionality that worked & replace it with stuff that is subpar. No surprise here.
