"New Trophy Unlocked" email from EA Sports? Where is this trophy?

OK... I [posted this in the online section this morning, but apparently, no one goes to the online section (or if they do, then they don't know this answer).

I have it set up to receive emails after I play ranked games. It always sends me two emails (my stats and the "level report") but a lot of the times, it sends me this third email, "New Trophy Unlocked".
This is the email. The subject of the email is, "NCAA(R) Football 08 - New Trophy Unlocked".

I checked my trophy room and I have nothing. Where is this "trophy"?

I got one, but i dont see t he trophy, i wonder if i need to save the profile when im done playing
