Re: Anyone else quit playing?

I'm having tremendous fun with this game. After making adjustments the INT issue is a complete NON issue for me. For both CPU and Human.

Try the sliders I posted, maybe they will help. Oh and don't be afraid to take the underneath stuff.

Re: Anyone else quit playing?

im playing with illinois on AA with some dudes sliders, i cant remember.

im actually winning games, but i throw between 1-2 interceptions a game.

and they are all my fault.

not one time have i thrown the ball and was completely irate when the cpu picked it off.

its not the game. its not the game.

I love how people continue to ignore horrible game play.
Frankly, if you don't like it, don't play it. Trade it in while the value is high. Or stop throwing into coverage.

Right now, I am lost for words.. Was Colorado playing against #6 Oklahoma. Was up 21-7 at the half going 10-13 and 3 TD's in the first half..

Ended up losing 37-21.. Second half 6 INT'S, Three returned for TD's..

The last straw was a 60 yard TD pass OU three to Kelly where three guys had the OU QB and he bent over and threw it up and my S was looking at the sideline.

Horrible Game Play.

See that's the real issue, a lot of people only enjoy the big play type game. This is the type of consumer EA will alienate by making more realistic games, hence the tight rope they walk constantly on realism vs. fun. I know a brother of a friend who enjoys 75-74 shootouts where he has long bomb after long bomb for TD's. To him that's great. To him a game where you have to read coverage and throw the underneath stuff is enough to make him quit playing.

So there will always be people who have the opinion of the game is not very good, they are giving up on it, but depending upon the game, for different reasons. As someone else here said, if you don't like it, don't force yourself to play it, go trade it in right away while it still has replay value and buy something you like.

Sounds like you should have played more conservatively and utilized the run game better.

Also, try not throwing the ball into coverage; Its a novel concept.
