Recruiting tips?

Anyone with some good recruiting tips on the 360? I was just trying it out and in just the first week lost two recruits who signed somewhere else. Just wondering how exactly the system works and how some of you guys do it. Thanks.

How are you doing it? What School are you using?

I turn off CPU recruiting, and scholarship assistance. Then the CPU doesnt add anybody you dont want to your recruiting board. Helps keep your players more organized, and who you actually want.

I start off by adding all the high ranked-interested player that im in need of there position to my recruiting board.(I use Wisconsin so it could be a lot easier than the team you use.)

You dont need to fill up your recruiting board. You only have around 25 scholarships. Remember there is offseason recruiting also, so not everything needs to go down in-season.

I try to talk to everyone my first week, sometimes it's difficult to get to everyone, so i pick iut the players who i am not #1 on there list. But dont forget about the players who do have you #1. I usually try to get three pitches in the Very High/Most category. THen i Just work thos emost of the season. Occasionally i'll try to unlock more pitches on the better players.

Sorry if its confusing, i dont really know a good way to explain without making it to horribly long to read.

My system works with me being wisconsin. I'm inthe start of week 7 of my dynasty, and i'm mos tlikely going to pull down the #5, #10, #17, and #30 recruits in the nation. So im looking pretty good right now.

Also when having recruits visit. Make sure it's on a week when u have a game or you will get a D, If you lose the game you play you will get around a C, if you win you will usually get in the A-B range.
