Strange Supersim results?
I just played a game testing Playmaker's sliders (my verdict is still out... I screwed up so many times on defense, I dont feel fair judging them just yet... gotta quit trying to make tackles so quick on the passes... i miss and the receiver blows right by me), and I noticed an odd result to the game.
After mounting a comeback and trailing by only 3 late in the fourth, I was trying to force OSU (I'm PSU... urgh... losing to the Buckeyes sucks) to punt or kick a field goal. I couldn't stop them, and, with 1:15 left, they had just gotten a first down, and I was out of timeouts.
So I decided to SuperSim to avoid all the bull crap of kneeling and stuff because i kind of just want to go to bed.
Assuming my math is correct, 25 seconds before first down takes the clock to 50... another 25 takes it to 25 before second down... then the game should end with the kneel on third down.
However, when Simming, I noticed some crazy stuff happening. Turns out, OSU must have fumbled late in the game. I picked it up, moved the ball into field goal range and tied the game up to end regulation (scoring summary had it with 00:00 left).
OSU ended up winning in OT.
But I found it really odd that they fumbled when they should have been kneeling.
Anyone else get anything like this?
