Can someone tell me how I can have my 1st and 2nd string QB's substituting frequently throughout the game?

It's under the auto subs menu. It won't be that frequent, as the highest you can set it is subbing out at 79 and in at 100. But most formations have "backup QB" package. Set half the formations to starter and the other half to backup each game. That's what I do with my RBs.
