At the beginning of my 1* to 6* star dynasty with ark st my school was rated like this...
Academic Prestige - good
Campus Lifestyle - fair
Coach Experience - good
Coach Prestige - fair
Conference Prestige - sub
Championship Contender - sub
Athletic Facilities - fair
Fan Base - fair
Pro Factory - sub
Program Stability - good
Program Tradition - poor
Television Exposure - sub
By the time I have gotten to a 6* in year 7 everything was either great, excellent, or elite except for campus lifestyle..That stayed at fair the all 8 years I played... So basically if you keep improving your prestige and winning pretty much everything can improve...(except conference prestige unless you get invited into a better conference)
