Center Disappearing?!

I'm in the third game of my second season in dynasty mode and I was midway through the first quarter of offense when all of the sudden my offense breaks the huddle and comes up to the line of scrimmage with no center. I was unable to snap the ball and called a timeout. I called another play and the same thing happened which left me unable to do anything but get delay of game penalities.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Something similar happened to me, except it was the QB, and it happened on a PAT. Thus, I had no holder. I thought...what the hell...and snapped the ball anyway. Of course, since there was nobody there to take the snap, the ball bounced back to the 20, and was recovered by the defense, so the PAT was no good.

I wound up having to restart the game because every play I called after this point, I was one player short, both on offense and defense.

This happened in an online game between CJ and I - only it was his right guard that disappeared.

I'm glad you brought this up because I stopped playing the game because of my missing quaterback three times this has happened.

This happened once for me and it never recovered, but I was able to see the missing player. There was one for my team and one for the defense. They funny thing is they were on the field only horizontal to the field and as they walked, presumably to their position, they just walked straight up in the air. I tried to super-sim the play, quarter, half, etc but it never recovered, the guys would simply levitate off the screen. I just did a super-sim to the end and went on.

LOL, doesn't happen frequently enough to be a game killer. Come on, chicken little. The sky ain't falling. I promise.

LOL! Dude...I've probably logged 200+ hours on this game since it came out and it's happened to me once. Once. It's just a quirky little bug that pops up about as often as Longhorn gets laid. It's not happening NEAR enough to consider this a game killing bug that must be fixed.
