Nothing would take away from the game more than seeing Kansas with a skinny head coach. I want a fat man, and I want him now!

Before you can add the likeness of real coaches, you must first add coaches. I like the concept of editing a coach like a player on the team. Maybe under team management, you have a roster for your coaching staff - giving them attributes which could be edited. The problem with EA putting REAL coaches in the game is $$$. To use the likeness of a real coach, you'd have to pay that coach real money. Now, if you the user edits that likeness, it's all good.
