I keep getting a message saying there is Xbox Live Membership Limitiation and it wont allow me to download rosters from EX Lockeroom. Any Suggestions?

Call 1-800-4-MYXBOX and find out if there's a problem with your account.

Make sure your Privacy Setting for Xbox Live are set to "Everyone".
