For some reason and some how i have managed to create 2 identical personas or something and now i cannot access my videos. For example if you search the ID "gmerger" without quotes you will see that they are 2 different profiles. One with the balck avatar has my videos and i assume this is what i used last year for my ncaa 08 sports world. However i can only log into the other profile with the avatar filled out. I have tried linking profiles but it says that they are already linked. This is very very confusing and if anyone could offer any advice on what to do so that i may be able to log into the profile with my videos. I am sure that i am only using one email with both these profiles because when i try to link personas it says they are already linked.

also is there a way to delete a persona or email address or profile at all? Ea sports world has been nothing but confusing and problamatic for me.

It was like that for me last year and it was a nightmare. The only way I got it fixed was to contact EA support and have them link my accounts for me manually.

Alright thanks kev looks like i'll have to contact EA. I'm sure their inboxes are flooded as it is already.
