why cant my 96 OVR corner not swat/pick a strafe catch by a bum whos 6'5''+ for his life? I strafed right along with him... i tried right in front of him, right behind him, tried to swat.. pick.. nothing.. over and over again.

simple question... in real life does FSU throw strafe catches to Gregg Carr all game until the defense finally starts tripling him?

so true, I never used to do it online b/c it was so cheesy but if I play a cheeser I give him a nice dosage of Greg Carr humble pie. Seriously go to practice and spot the ball on the opponents 10 yd line. go to ace two te's and throw the corner route to Carr, you can user spec catch for a TD everytime. The only time it fails is when he drops it

Yeah that blows I've tried online to just swat it but my guy gets no ups.

Some times they dont even jump PERIOD... its hilarious. I'll be strafing on defense in position perfectly holding Y and it wont even jump... and when they do jump.. the WR just catches it anyway. They need to make swats work 99.9% of the time if the defender is in perfect position.. I don't care how tall the WR is. Especially if the corner is rated anywhere above an 85 and or is 5'10'' ++ to be realistic if some people want to take it that far.
