That said I have noticed that blitzing corners from the outside seems to be the only type of pressure that CPU QBs do not immediately notice.

Try this:

When you have double coverage on a WR (i.e. your CB and a safety), take control of your safety and blitz him.

It freaks out the CPU because the program/system thinks that your safety is supposed to be in coverage with the CB. Plus, the safety is fast enough to get by the OT. Your CB will be in one-on-one coverage, but that really isnt a big deal as long as he doesnt give up a huge play.

If the CPU is really pissing you off with the 80% pass completion, just run the same double coverage play and sack his *** about 3 times in a row.

Exactly what I do. Since every QB in the game has elite pocket mobility its useful to apply pressure when they don't expect it. Also, if you have a fast DE line him up off the line of scrimmage and to the far left or right. Occasionally you'll be able to run right around the T.
