First week recruting - I just made a haul.

This has never happened to me before. I once in a blue moon get a good prospect to commit right in week 1, but this is ridiculous.

I started off a new dynasty with The Ohio State University and I was pleased to see the first time I offered to a 4 star WR he accepted. Sweet I thought. I went to the WR under him who was a 4 star as well and he accepted! This was looking great for me, so I moved over to a 5 star tackle, offered, and guess what? He accepted! Things slowed down a tad until I got to a 5 star FS who then accepted another offer. I was like "Jesus, this is insane. 4 huge prospects just in week one."

What's crazy is that a 5 star defensive end and a 5 star tight end are both already ready for visits and have me listed as number 1 on their list.

Has anyone else just ever completely lucked out like this in week 1? It's my first time with that many quality prospects.

Haha, kind of.

Like I said, I've gotten a big recruit to sign in the first week here and there, but 4 is insane. Even for OSU.

With the Longhorns I was able to get three 4* recruits the first week. It seems that anyone that has 5* wants to think about it more.

I got a 5* recruit to sign week 1 with UCLA once.

Like the above saifd - its because you're Ohio State. The same thing would probably happen if you were Georgia, Florida, or USC.

Nice haul though!

Thanks man. I'll bump this up after I complete the season (can't say how long it may take) and post what the 4 commits ratings are.

I'm jacked about the two 5 stars. Safety isn't a big need for me, so I don't know how I landed that one, but tackle is going to be shallow for me next year and this 5 star is going to be a big help.

i got a 4* QB to sign on week one as Texas Tech. wasn't able to get anyone else to until the last game of the year, and got 3 more 4* and a 3*.
