Recruiting Pitches and Player Personality

This is going to come off as a strange question, but it has been something that I have a few questions about in terms of this game.

Let's just say a player, we'll call him...John Smith has a "MOST" on "Pro Factory" or a "VERY HIGH" on Athletic facilities.

Would this player have a higher possibility to improving, or having higher "potential".

If a guy wants to go to a Pro Factory school...would he work harder, or "improve" a lot more than a player with a "LOW" in that category?

Would someone with a higher level in the Athletic facilities improve in areas like speed, strength, acceleration, etc. but less in other areas like awareness, etc.

Would a player with high academics have better chances of raising accuracy and awareness?

If you were to have a few recruiting classes with most players being VERY HIGH or better in "Championship Contender" would your team have a better chance at winning the championship than with players having LOW...ie, building a team of "winners"...

Just something I'm throwing out there. It would be interesting if this were the case, but I doubt it.

I'm not gonna say no, but I doubt it.
