Experimenting w/ Robo QB..

so just to see how ridiculous it really is
i decided to line up offsides and stand next to the QB on defense (behind the TE on the right side of the line)
to see how quickly Robo QB makes a perfect read
then a pinpoint accurate throw as soon as it feels the slightest bit of pressure

the CPU snaps the ball and before i can even move to sack the QB, Robo QB throws the ball not even a second after it receives the snap, not even taking a 1 step drop, to a receiver barely off the line of scrimmage (not looking at the ball, yet makes a superhuman adjustment) for a 1st down

yes i was playing bump and run and the WR still managed to go into a receiving animation while being bumped

ridiculous

*power off*

All-American
i even had accuracy and WR catching set to 20 (both User and CPU cause i'm not sure what's up with the sliders or if they work at all)

I've noticed there is no point at all with blitzing. The QB will either know that you are blitzing and get rid of it in .5 seconds, or you will just be stuck with a huge gain by the offense because you'll have open space because the O-Line will block every single defender blitzing plus your d-line.

i just don't get how EA can even act like this game is acceptable. The crap is going to really hit the fan after this patch comes out and doesnt improve anything.

Re: Experimenting w/ Robo QB..

putting the game on varsity difficulty with playmakers' sliders eliminates robo QB to an extent. you see less of this (prevalent on AA and Heisman) and more pressure from blitzes. still, not where it should be.
