Is there any way to get the blue icons and the words off the screen like evade and everything.....it really makes the game seem like an arcade game......

I think if you turn off visual effects and action indicator, the trail behind the ball (when thrown) will not show and the actions such as "evade" will not show either. However, I don't think we can get rid of the big blue football.
