Re: Where are you in your Dynasty career

So after a little research, I started a dynasty with Iowa. I figured it's a tough conference and it'll be a nice challenge to try and build them into a real contender.

Week one was a romp of FCS East, 49-0.
Week three was an easy 31-7 victory over Iowa State.
Week four was a squeaker, edging Pittsburgh at their house 17-10.

Civil War is Oregon vs Oregon State, I believe the longest rivalry the west of the Mississippi.

Re: Where are you in your Dynasty career

I ran through a season with Iowa on AA, then started a new Dynasty with Wisconsin on Heisman. It's gone like this:

Season 1: 10-3, lost to Ohio State and Indiana in reg. season, lost Capital One Bowl to Florida.
Season 2: 12-1, lost to Ohio State in reg. season, won Rose Bowl.
Season 3: 12-0, Won National Title
Season 4: 12-0 Won National Title (backup RB had 22 return TDs!)
Season 5: Switched teams to Middle Tennessee State, 7-7 (they were rated 59 OVR)
Season 6: MTSU is 3-0 and Freshman RB has 19 TDs so far.

I'm enjoying it...got too powerful with Wisconsin where the games against the elite were fun, but the conference games were very boring 63-10 affairs. MTSU should provide an adequate challenge!

Re: Where are you in your Dynasty career

Started a new one with UAB-

So far I am 7-0 in season 1 (I beat Tennessee IN Knoxville 10-7 and South Carolina 24-14 in SC)

Maybe it's not exactly likely, but it has been fun and crazy. Still have 5 games left but they are all against CUSA teams... UCF should give me a tough one but I am anxious to see what happens.

The Border War between Mizzou & KU earns the distinction of the longest uninterupted rivalry west of the Mississippi.

Re: Where are you in your Dynasty career

I put my PITT dynasty on hold and started a new offline dynasty with Akron. Im going to try to get them in the Big East or Big 10 what ever comes first. But Im 2 games in:

Wisconsin L(35-10)
Syracuse OT L(27-24)

Injuries are already killing me. During the Wisconsin game my starting QB got injured for 5 weeks and my starting C is out for 10 weeks. In the Syracuse game my starting right T went down for 6 weeks.

Next week I got Ball State and then Army, I should win both. But then I got ranked Cinnci.
