Well considering ratings max out at 100, if a guy was 90 and got bumped 20 points he would only see the 10 point increase to 100 rather than a 20 point increase.

While this is a pretty good idea, I would consider it a very low priority. There's so many other more important things they can use time to fix instead of making an editor.

^^I don't know with the way the ratings are jacked up out of the box I think it is pretty important.

A ratings editor wouldn't be necessary if sliders worked the way they should.
