Online dynasty problem, file missing...

I've heard from on of my comissoners that it is a server issue, lets keep our fingers crossed

Any news on this issue? I'm about ready to retire the dynasty and upload a backup file then re-invite...

yea it will work as long as you have a recent save of the dynasty, or another member has a recent save. The downside is everyone will loose their coach integrity and all promises to recruits will be gone. Also Coach Records will be reset... None of these things are real big deals but are a bummer...

I've been watching several threads on various forums all night and have yet to see any official response from EA. One would think EA would have total server redundancy but this may not be the case with dynasty servers. We could be looking at total data loss...
And if they do have backups, how long will it take them to restore everything?
We play one game per day so I'm thinking screw it, just retire/re-create from save/re-invite...

I am hosting an OD and got the same message on Tuesday night (10/7) when i was trying to advance the week.
i waited a hour or two and went back in and got in.
But when i advanced the week, it did not keep any of the stats.
one user had played their game and lost, but when i advanced it their game got simed and he won.

the wierd thing is if you go to the easportsworld website and view the dynasty from there, it is still showing last weeks stats.

Some people on the EA sports forum are predicting that there has been a total loss of data for some of the dynasties that are in the server. If this is the case, and EA has no fix or backup, the commish will have to retire, start a dynasty using the backup file, and resend invites to all involved. You will lose your current coaching record and any promises made to recruits, but you will have your dynasty from the last point you saved it.
