Any way to fix this bugged OD>?

Got this message form our commish this morning

"The computer gave me 2 additional divisional wins, so I'm 6-2 in the conference and 12-2 overall. (Should be 4-2, 10-2) PLayer X will finish 10-2 and 4-2 respectively but beat the commish heads up (so player x should win the big 12 north) .

Because of these additional wins I think the computer will give me (the commish) the tie breaker and send me to the big 12 championship game.

If this cant be fixed i think it is the last straw.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Can omt or EA do anything?
