Dropping CB's and onside kick audible

How do you:
1) Drop CB's off the line of scrimmage pre snap? I see a lot of people doing this and I don't know how they're doing it.
2) When you select normal kick return and the kick team has selected an onside kick, how do you audible to onside kick return? Do you have to set it up in your audibles or is there a procedure for audibling to it?

Those may seem like newbie questions but I am a level 18 online player with 118 online wins.

Drop DBs: Triangle will bring up the coverage audibles. Up on the left sticks will have them back off hte ball.

Audible to onside is something like square L1 or something in that neighborhood.

On-side from normal is, indeed, square (ps3, the normal audible button) and then L1. Back to normal from on-side is sqaure, L2.

Also, if you call Cover 3 your corners will back off after a certain amount of time.
