Run-outs & Warm-ups. It just felt bigger when you had Brad, Lee & Kirk talking up your players as they stretched or ran through drills before the game.
Formation Subs. I like the Right-Stick subs for on the fly substitutions and I hope we keep them. However, in the last-gen I would love to give my back-up dual-threat QB a series or two a game out of the Maryland I or make sure my speedy scat-back was in all my shotgun formations. Without formation subs, it becomes a chore to get playing time for more than the starting eleven.
