My point wasn't that you need a ref to make a penalty, it's that you want EA to put this system in that would be complicated to do when EA can't put refs on the field yet. I see what your saying but I doubt EA could do it.

I will say this penatlies should be a bigger part of the game then they are now. My team is always the least penalized team every year.
