So, do you think that 2k or any other developer would be "safe" if they released a football game that allowed the user to fully edit player names, uniforms, etc.? I'm assuming you don't think EA would sue? In other words, 2k or whoever would be safe, in your opinion, since they didn't use the names/NFL logos, etc. but rather just enabled the users to do so.

Ppl have been trying to sue EA on the same claims as these for years. And they all have failed. This case has prolly never been filed in that county before. thus the judge allowing it to make it this far.

But while he's at it Why doesnt this loser also sue for all the media guides they sold with his mug on it also. str8 up tool.

question.... a game like forza where you can make just about anything, from a naked anime character to a dr. pepper car.. They dont have the licensing for that obviously.. the world of user generated content is vast. this guy needs to do his research a bit better
