Medical Redshirting and Player Discipline?

Any update on whether or not either of these features will be on next-gen this year? Player discipline isn't that big of a deal but I think Medical Redshirting would be a big addition to the Dynasty mode. I know last year he said it would be in this year but the last I heard was a few weeks ago when he said he wasn't ready to address it yet.

Thanks.

Neither will be in next gen.

Edit: I should say that discipline is 100% NOT in next gen. Medical redshirts are highly doubtful.

My team never gets injured. Only when I supersim or something but when i play my players just walk it off.

I like how things that are in real-life NCAA football, like medical redshirts and player discipline, are still not in the Next Gen NCAA football game. But a new feature (Team Builder) is, so that some kid can create and play with his Pee Wee football team...in an NCAA football video game.

I knew that they said with discipline that they were trying to come up with a better way to implement, but I was really hoping medical redshirts would make it in this year.

medical redshirts could be in. The ign article said that if a player gets injured we are now allowed to choose to keep playing them or have them sit out. This makes me beleives that medical redshirts is still a possibility.

I think they were simply referring to the ability of asking a player to play through injury. ie. their return is listed as questionable and you can ask the player to "gut it out". If you do, the player has a greater chance of further injury. I don't think that had anything to do with medical redshirts.
