Hayvis is a poster here and also on NCAA Strategies who got the answer directly from EA's Greg Heddleston who also has a thread on NCAA Strategies.

Oh ok thanks! Very disappointing! May not be able to get NCAA this year for the first time in a long time. However, when I watch some of these videos it seems that the camera has been tweaked or is somehow different. Maybe just wishful thinking but the camera doesnt seem to be as low or swivel/pivot around as much which gives me a headache and makes me dizzy.

It was tweaked between the demo and final build. But I'm not expecting it to be much different.

Hey broadcast cam fans. Maybe there's hope for the the cam this year after all. If Ian is able to provide the cam via DLC, maybe there's a possibility that Greg can give us the cam this year. Please help me persuade him.
