The CH series had a lot of generic arenas. Not as many as EA's college basketball series but to say that CH had every arena is far from true. They did however do a good job of having a good range of generic arenas and enough customized banners and stuff in their generics to make it seem like they were real if you don't know the real arena.

I seen it, looks really good. I like how PSU's helmet is in teambuilder considering there a 1-AA team. Only thing I would suggest is adding a white nike logo as it looks like your only using 1 logo. If you use a white nike logo send me it I need one bad! And also Portland State has names on the back of there jerseys.

I've created the most accurate PSU on teambuilder, I just need some rosters but I know nothing about PSU

Not just HBCU's but all FCS TEAMS SHOULD BE IN THE GAME but I guess EA feels they were not important enough to put on the next gen yet.
Teambuilder is not the way to go because it does not use the FCS teams like they should. It just replaces Division 1 teams with them so you still get to encounter generic FCS teams in your dynasty.

So we have no FCS but we have teambuilder so instead of REAL FCS teams being in the game everybody can go and create fictional teams to play as.

The majority seem to care more about playing as a fake team or their highschool than a real college football team and that is why stupid gimmiks get added to games.

No its because they barely have any memory left to put anything in the game. This is why teambuilder is exclusivley online and not on the xbox or ps3 itself. You throw FCS teams in all there jerseys and stadiums and you would run out of memory. Unless Ncaa 11 is on 2 discs (I hope) expect the same thing next year too.

Maybe they'd have memory if they took out worthless stuff like cheerleaders and mascots. Those shouldn't have been added before a lot of the things we have now.
