What is the exact wording on the message? And what do you mean by "i lost my slots"?

i go to team builder and yesterday it would show me my open slots . today i click on team builder and i get the add slots option again. i click on add slots and it says buy slots , redeem box code and redeem presale code. if i click on box code and i key in my number it says that its been already used. i dont know what to do .

You cant add anymore slots unless you pay for more. Follow these instructions to get your teams

If this is the case a lot more people are going to get screwed over when the game comes out officially Tuesday. If this is already happening this early, their will probably be a lot more cases on Tuesday and so on. Hopefully something can be done about this, but i'm not getting my hopes up. They should just tell people up front that teambuilder is an extra charge, because that is what its turning out to be.
