I dont know why you guys are complaiining. That review was great. He really let EA have it in the video portion when talking about the gameplay was basically the "same ol crap".

We know the game isnt terrible, but it definitely doesnt deserve anything beyond an 8.5 or so with the marginal improvements. So I think 8.3 is fair.

And yeah EA has Teamxbox in their back pocket because that review was on their site as soon as it was posted.

Lets not forget that in years past, IGN has seemed to be EA fan boys. Not so much this time though

AAh well, opinions.. Saint's ROw 2 was a funner game and has more replayability. This is way off topic though.

I still don't trust ol' Hilary Goldstein or whatever his name is to do good reviews.

Ok, first off, Hillary Goldstein is a man.

Second, this game may not be great, but it certainly is not anything less than maybe a 7.7 or so. There are certainly a lot of people who don't understand rating systems here.
