EA why are FG's so easy????

Can we get a developer response? This is a HUGE flaw in the game that should be addressed. How hard can it be to tweak the default settings for online play?

I'm currently out of the country and last year we brought my old Gamecube and a few games here for my younger cousins to play. One of the games I brought was Madden 06. This kicking system is SO much better than what is in place now. The other day I got to the 20 yard-line and thought I had three points in the bag. I missed right after screwing up the accuracy and realized that I wasn't playing Madden 09. I wish they could reintroduce this system or the APF system that is apparently really good and challenging (I've never played it).

Probably a stupid question, but did the patched PS3 sliders help this at all?

I'm not sure about the user, but I played a game after downloading the patch last night and the CPU badly missed 2 XP's (FG Accuracy set to zero). I know that was good news to me.

Hmm, this is scary for someone who only plays online games. Meaning default rosters / default sliders.

I kindly ask this be put on the list.

Another idea I came up with is that maybe EA should take a look at the old NBA Live's free throw system. (The cross with the two basketballs). Make the meter go faster or slower based on how high the kicker's KAC rating is just like on that game.

I'm not solely worried about the AI. I'm more concerned about the human banging everything 50 yards and in through with ease.

Its honestly a game killer. Anyone who calls themselves a sim player shouldn't let this rest.

I'm fine with that too! As long as kicks aren't automatic in the middle.
