Haven't gotten the game yet because I wait for some decent rosters to be done. Thanks to anybody that does those. I just want to make sure the conference editting feature is in it. Thanks!

Custom conferences are in the game yes. if you mean being able to create a whole new conference with an entirely new name, then no.

you can swap out any team with any other team. the # of teams per conference has to remain the same in order to not mess up the scheduling though. this also makes it possible to use created teams in dynasty mode.

Is there a limit to how many custom teams you can upload into a dynasty? For example, I want to load 13 teams to replace the MAC (sorry MAC fans); can I load all 13 custom teams?

I think you can only load 12 team total.
