Hmm..didn't remember hearing about this last year. Thats pretty pathetic, to launch the game 2 years in a row with bugs

I never had a lockup on 2002, and only had 1 on 2003.

I've never had a lockup with either one and I have played them a lot. I never turned off my PS2 w/ 2002 because I didn't have a memory card so I just left it at my dynasty screen and turned off the TV. Then I got a memory card.

I heard if you would leave your tv on the picture where u left it would stay there

This might have been what EA said but its not true. I returned mine quite a few times with lockups till happening. Then as I posted before I got a new Ps2 with a "bad" copy of the game and it never locked up again.

That's the same excuse they gave for all the bad copies of NCAA 2002.

You would think that they would burn the CDs from an image on a hard drive of a computer. On my 2003 game it will lock up during recruiting sometimes.
