Can't Create Online Dynasty

I have been unsuccessful in creating an online dynasty. Everytime that I set the entire dynasty up it goes through the upload process. Once it gets to the sequence of "Checking for existing or retired users" (something like that) I get the following:

Tranfer Failed
Dynasty Servers Unavailable
(Select Retry or Exit, yada yada...)

The interesting part is that I'm able to participate in other online dynasties with no isses, I just can't create my own and if I do I get that message.

I've reset my console and also my router to no avail...

Just curious if anybody has other advice or seen this issue.
