I use florida and run the flex bone and so far i am 29-8 and noone has been able to stop it.

Ummm don't you have 8 losses? Isn't that considered a stop?

To the op, easiest way to stop the option is to make the QB keep the ball. I do this by playing as the FS and when I get an option look I key on the pitch-man no matter what. I trust that my OLB and DE can handle the QB. It works pretty well. When I do get blocked by a OL or WR it causes problems.
