Boston College and Setup Plays

This is something that I really like but seem to have trouble getting plays to set up. Does anyone know of plays in the BC playbook that link together or is there a list anywhere where I could find this information.

On the play call screen, it should have Two plays linked together with what appears to be Mini links. If you are using the Ask Corso feature it probably doesn't show this(I don't use this so i don't know). But a basic test would be go to like Ace formation and look at the basic run up the middle, hb iso or something and beside it should be a playaction pass that is linked to it. You can actually run the playaction pass to setup the run, however i have found this way to be mostly uneffective.

I know but I do not call my plays by formation I call them by type so I never see the links

yeah i don't understand the % setup plays either. like when it says PA Whatever Pass, 16% setup...what does that even mean?

Just means the play is 16% setup, it only matters when a play is 100% setup, then the box will become green and Flash "Setup". Doesn't mean automatic success however, think out of 3 or 4 i have only had 1 td pass of off a setup play, have been sacked half the time.

As for callling plays by type, not sure how setup plays work from that screen, the best way to test would be call a run play out of a recongizable formation so basic I -formation, and the go to play - action pass screen next and look for one that has a percentage over it like was mentioned above.

Haven't tried this yet, but it should work. I know when you audible to a run, that will still count towards your setup percentage. So, this should mean the plays still count regardless of how they are called.
