...Actually like it when they get a penalty called on them, like me?
Penalties come few and far between for me(and I even have most of the penalty sliders set to 100) and when I get one called I am sometimes actually HAPPY. In my dynasty, I have the fewest penalties in the nation by a lot. I have like 15(through 10 games) and the next team has 48. Ridiculous.

Oh and another thing. The CPU is wayyyyy too good at running the HB screen. The CPU runs it quite alot this year and it has too much success with it. I know it partially has to do with my defense, BUT I still find that the HB screen is too easy for the CPU.

No. I average like 6-7 penalties a game, and my player controlled player is not responsible for any of them, save maybe a late hit every now and then on a kicker or qb.

As for HB screens, I almost always sack the qb before he can dump the ball.
