When the recruiting advisor advises you on a recruit that might be interested in your school you have the option to add him to the recruiting board, and lets say he's a 4 star recruit. When you right click on him they have a pink diamond looking thing. I know this probaly means they are a hidden gem, but how good do these recruits actually get ? Do they become like 90+ players ?

If he is a 4 star recruit then he will become a 90+. Thats how progression works for the time being.

Yes I understand the progression on this game and should have thought about that. But lets say if it was a three star or even a two star recruit ? Does anyone know how much these "hidden gems" turn out ?
