if you are using a blooth device while in your online dynasty, and another user from the dynasty is online at the same time(and also has a bluetooth device), will you be able to talk to one another....even if you arent playing each other?

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty positive that it will mean that you both look rather silly with that thing on your heads.

this is true....i cant deny that....but i see in the instruction booklet ...something about a voice chat...but i'm not sure how to do it...

everyone that is in the dynasty headquarters part of the online dynasty can chat with each other. Maybe even the recruiting page too.
