Yes you can go more than once. I was playing as troy and after year one they went CUSA and 3 years later SEC

Do conference logos on the field change when you change conferences? I remember in 08 or 09 they didnt because I took SMU to the Big 12 and it still said Conference USA on the field, that really killed the excitement about the switch!

I havent had the chance to change conferences yet, but my guess is that they still dont.

I am now in season number 5 with my team builder sunbelt team, I have back to back national championships and undefeated seasons. I got an invite to Conference USA after my first year, I turned it down. I still have not gotten another invite. I might have to start over if this doesnt change.

In another dynasty I have taken a 1* University of North Dakota. I have had 3 BCS at large bowl berths, and won 2 of 3. Still no invite to leave the MWC.

Perhaps its because I am using teambuilder teams? I felt like conference invites came much easier in 09.

in 10, again with Navy, I destroyed SMU 56-0. end of the season I got an invite to join C-USA and replace SMU (although they went 8-5??)

The invites are always random. You'll get more even if you reject one. If you really want it that bad...just save after all the bowl games except the BCS championship are played. If you don't get an invite after the title game, re-load and do it over, and eventually you'll get one. In real life, BYU will never be in the PAC 10, but I'm sure you can get in there on the game. As for which conferences go where, I'm pretty sure it's just about location. I've been in the Big 12 with Louisiana Lafayette on previous versions. Got Hawaii in the PAC 10, got Navy in the ACC, etc. Tried to go save Vandy once, and before I even coached a game, I got demoted to the Sun Belt.

It's all about prestige. If you are a 2 star team, there's a random percentage chance you'll get invited to replace a 1 star team. They could go 13-0 and crash the BCS, but if they're the lowest prestige in the conference and you're higher, you've got a chance to be invited over them.
