I dont think its even possible to fix progression because EA claims the progression is doing exactly what they want it to. Which believe what you want but if progression is different next year then it means their lying and if progression is the same it means i'll stop buying.

But if someone does come up with a miracle and finds a fix I'm all up for a roster update for the PS3

JohnnyC52 is doing re rated rosters for the PS3, some believe that it may diminish the effects of progression. You can download the unfinished roster from PSN "JohnnyC52" [78 of 120 teams re rated, finished product probably within a week or so] and sim years of dynasty to see for yourself.

DKrause1971 has re rated rosters for 360, first stickied in the rosters sub-forum
