The Pragmatic List

Instead of coming up with a 'Wish List', which IMO is more like a pipedream, I have decided to come up with a pragmatic list. Things that I think are reasonable for EA to fix, update for next year's game.

Here is my list in no particular order (feel free to add):
-Squib kick - either add it in already or remove the commentary around it
-Get the correct bowl selection logic in. Rules are simple (6 wins and above means the team is eligible [exception can be made for a 6-7 team if they win the league championship], bowls get first dibs on teams with conference tie-ins, then go outside of the conference to find 7 win teams, then 6 win teams. 5 win teams should ONLY make a bowl game if there are not enough 7 or 6 win teams available.
-update conference tie ins. Many affiliations will be updated for next year - so EA - please be prepared.
-Bowl patches (probably will be in)

please keep adding.

Re: The Pragmatic List

I would love the squib kick.
Well just make the crowds louder, I mean it isn't that hard because earlier versions had the stadium pulse, so we know it can be done.
Poll logic needs a fix. Too many times I have seen Boise State, TCU type teams at #1. That wouldn't happen.
Improve CPU running game.

I don't mind this happening as long as those teams schedule and beat 2-3 teams in the Top 25. The problem occurs when they don't play anyone in the Top 25 and end up being on top. Take a look at this year's BYU, they are already ranked 9th. It isn't out of the question for them to be ranked #1 or 2 and make it into the National Championship game if they beat FSU and TCU.

Re: The Pragmatic List

-Fix cpu screens so they don't result in a sack most of the time
-Make dual threat qb's more dangerous with their legs
- Make the CPU run the option more effectively

There are more, but these are the ones that are annoying me the most.

Re: The Pragmatic List

-Fans leaving the stadium during big wins or blowouts
-Weaker schools having almost no fans in the stands
-FBS schools brought back, I cannot stand generic FCS region schools
-CPU subbing in second teamers in big wins/blowouts

All of these are already in NCAA 10.

Re: The Pragmatic List

My 10 things

1) Formation-subs
2) CPU sub logic. Up/down big subs or pull a player that is preforming bad.
3) FCS teams or expand teambuilder to allow us to put the teams in. Better yet allow us to add them to a schedule in place of those teams.
4) The sidelines need major work. I hate to see all the guys look alike and doing the same thing. And the best is having a player with a number like "07" jumping around.
5) Coaching style. An option to select a style of play like "spreed" or "3-4". This would effect play book, recruits, and game play.
6) Fans leaving and small crowds would be great.
7) Match-ups. Ability to lock a corner on to a wideout no matter what side of the field they line-up on.
8) ability to save coaches names outside of a dynasty so you don't have to entire them in every time.
9) Bands on the field need work. Vandy spells "Vandy" but with Georgia I get "Go Go Go" or " Victory" or "NCAA 10". All teams need to have real life things or take it out.
10) Recruits logic. Have tags for players like option QB and only teams that run that system recruit those players. This would go along with #5.

Re: The Pragmatic List

Reasonable things.

1. Fix run/pass commit. Make it less powerful or take it out of the game.
2. Fix zone coverages in relation to hash marks.
3. Make it so not everyones 4th string qb/rbs are 80+.
4. More tackling animations.
